Order:
Currently we have two types of items depending on their availability:
1) Stock item will be shipped to you within 3 business days,
2) In case you place a Pre-Order we need up to 9-14 business days to produce your hat.
Orders processing time:
We process and ship orders from Monday 10:00 (EEST) to Friday 18:00 (EEST) We does not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Ukranian bank holidays.
The prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on the destination country's legislation. All orders are Delivered Duty Unpaid. This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. All prices online are quoted free of any additional charges.
Also please note that the taxes and duties are not refunded, even you refused from your order in the case when it was shipped out.
All orders are dispatched from Ukraine via DHL Express or Nova Poshta Global. Shipping costs are determined by the destination country and the chosen delivery service, with delivery times varying accordingly. Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your order's progress.
Please note that any changes made to delivery instructions, such as altering the address or requesting the package to be left at the door with DHL delivery, transfer responsibility to the customer in case of non-delivery.
Additionally, we do not ship orders to Autonomous Republic of Crimea, russia, or belarus.

We accept Visa and Mastercard, American Express (with PP), also PayPal is available for paying. Once the order is placed you will receive an email with an Order Confirmation and expected date of shipment.
For Return and Exchange we accept goods of good quality within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to return or exchange the goods, the following conditions must be made: the goods were not in use, saved the original appearance of goods.
In order to proceed with the exchange / return of a product, send a photos of the product made from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product. A packaging must be exclusively a hard packing paper shipping box.
Please note: All deliveries are made at customer's expense. If the quality of the headwear will not meet the required standards it will be returned to the customer at customers expense. If the item is damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at customers expense.

Refund is made to your account within 14 business days from the date of acceptance of the goods before the return. Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return.
Ruslan Baginskiy pieces are made at our own production in Ukraine but their life begins in your wardrobe.They are meant to complete your outfit from day to night, on adventures or on daily runs. We hope you will enjoy your RB piece and we are sure that you will fill it with your own memories and senses. While doing so, don’t forget to follow our storage and care guide:
1. Please store each hat on a clean flat surface or by placing on a wide flat hook. Make sure that the brim doesn’t bend.
2. For the hat to hold its initial shape, stuff it with tissue paper and wrap the crown with paper while storing and transporting. Please do not transport hats in a suitcase filled with other garments.
3. Knitted pieces should be stored on a dry flat surface.
4. Direct contact with water may lead to shape deformation and tarnishing of metallic embellishments and trims. Prolonged exposure to a high-humidity environment can result in shape and brim deformation of felt hats. Please do not wear the hat while swimming and when it rains, do not wear on wet hair.
5. In case your hat gets wet, let it dry naturally with the crown and brim in the original form.
6. Dust can be removed with a dry napkin. Do not use soap, oils, abrasive cleaners, furniture polish, varnish, or ammonia for cleaning headpieces and accessories.
7. Leather pieces require gentle treatment. Use a dry-cleaning service to remove tough stains.
8. After long-term sun exposure, a straw hat may change its shade and become darker. Straw and sisal are natural materials, therefore a slight colour change shall not be considered a defect.
9. Hats with metallic embellishments should not be in contact with salty air, water, chlorine, cosmetics, and strong chemicals. Avoid such substances to prevent tarnish as much as possible.
10. Baker boy and baseball caps have solid peaks that can change shape or break due to inappropriate storage or transporting. Please use a box for transporting or just wear your cap when travelling to preserve its original shape.
Jewelry Care Guide
To help extend the life of jewelry and preserve their look, follow these simple recommendations:
Store in clean, dark and dry places on flat surfaces.
Do not sleep, swim or do sports wearing the jewelry.
To protect from corrosive, chemical and physical impact:
Avoid contact with perfume, cream, cleanser or other cosmetic products.
Avoid contact with water, sand or chlorine.
Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Candle Care Guide:
When lighting the candle for the first time allow a layer of wax to melt evenly until the
glass edges of the candle shape.
Do not leave a lit candle unattended.
Do not let the candle burn for more than an hour and a half at a time.
Do not move the candle while lit. Before moving, wait for the wax to solidify.
Do not place the lit candle near open windows.
Do not place the lit candle near a heat source, an open fire, or another burning candle.
The minimum distance between two burning candles should be at least 10 cm.
Only place the lit candle on a heat-resistant, flat surface. Keep away from polished,
precious surfaces to avoid any damages.
Do not blow out the candle directly. If possible, use a snuffer.
Trim the wick down to 3-5 mm before burning the candle.
Avoid using abrasive materials and chemicals for washing the candle, as they might
damage the glass container.
Keep away from air currents and flammable substances.
Keep the candle away from children and pets.
Please note that the perfumed ingredients might cause an allergic reaction.
Bags Care Guide:
1. For the item to hold its initial shape, stuff it with tissue paper and store each bag on a clean flat surface in a dustbag which is part of the packaging.
2. Please do not transport bags in a suitcase filled with other garments.

4. In case your bag gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let it dry naturally.
