What is the history behind a baker boy cap?

Initially introduced around the 1910, a baker boy cap was a purely work wear accessory. 50 years later it appeared in movies, featuring Brigitte Bardot and Jane Birkin. Today it’s ready to take its place in the wardrobes of #RBgirls.

Baker boy caps have solid peaks, that can change shape or break due to inappropriate storage or transporting. To safe the cap’s shape while transporting, you can use a box or just wear your cap on a plane.

Washing & storage

For your cap to hold its initial shape, stuff it with tissue paper and wrap the crown with paper while storing and transporting. We recommend not to transport a hat in a suitcase filled with other garments. Please note that the actual color of the item may be slightly different from the color represented on the website.
