A fresh drop of hand-dyed baseball caps announces the Ruslan Baginskiy Spring/Summer 2023 collection. Seven bright colors capture the spirit of craft-work – living impressions of the hand-dyed process of colorful creation that make every hat one-of-a-kind. The edges of the visor are slightly frayed, the colors slightly muted as if burnt out in the sun – this is usually how your favorite cap looks. In the spirit of easy going summer and throwing your favorite hat in your bag and following the sun and all about the way favorite accessories accompany you on all your summer adventures.
A hand-embroidered RB monogram logo is the warm finishing touch of every baseball cap. The integrity of the SS23 collection features lots of hand-crafted details, a characteristic native to the Ruslan Baginskiy brand, which continues to be made in Lviv, Ukraine despite the ongoing war.
Each baseball cap is hand-dyed in a unique palette of special RB colors. A palette assembled from colors of spring. May Green, Hopeful Blue, Adventure Orange, Brave Yellow, Fragile Pink, Balmy Coral, and Energetic White.
“I wanted to add color to this collection, the way spring and summer bring color back into our lives. We all feel this powerful shift in mood, in the way we behave and I wanted it to reflect in the things I am making. The vital optimism that the sun brings in the darkest of times” shares Ruslan.
